Bliss Beauty Salon had an existing website, but wanted to refresh their online presence with a more modern and user friendly design. The salon treatment pages have optimised content to increase their organic search visibility and offer online appointment availability and bookings for customer convenience.
The site is mobile optimised, with size-appropriate layout, design and menu to ensure effective navigation for phone browsing, which has helped to increase mobile bookings.
A second phase of the project saw the integration of an ecommerce functionality, allowing them to sell online, reach a wider customer base and increase revenue. We imported and set up more than 1500 products, with size & price varient options and an image zoom feature. A search facility with auto-complete allows customers to navigate quickly and easily to the exact product that they're looking for.
The site has a secure checkout and payment integration, with Content Management System and sales ledger, to give Bliss control over their order processing and product catalogue management.
