The project utilises our SiteBuilder Pharmacy website solution, which provides a service and range of features developed specifically for the Pharmacy & Healthcare market.
An Online Consultation facility checks patient eligibility for individual treatments, along with a back-end administration process allowing a prescriber to review suitability and then authorise and generate a prescription. A comprehensive eCommerce system also provides functionality for sales of healthcare products & supplements, with Customer Accounts providing an order history & a streamlined repeat ordering option.
Customers can subscribe to SmartMeds mailing list to receive details of promotions & special offers. This is integrated into the MailChimp email marketing platform, making it easy for SmartMeds to create and send professional email campaigns. On placing an order, Trustpilot integration triggers a email to the customer, to encourage reviews & feedback.
The site is also under SSL security, ensuring the encryption of sensitive patient medical information & data. Size-appropriate layout, design & menu ensure effective navigation on mobile phones.
